Cold Wave Hits Korea: Big Temperature Drop Ahead！
Today, Korea will see temperatures drop by 5 to 10 degrees due to cold air from the northwest. Morning lows will range from -8 to 2 degrees, and highs from 4 to 10 degrees. The inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province will hit around -10℃, with similar drops expected in other provinces tomorrow, possibly expanding the cold wave alert. Snow will refreeze overnight, causing slippery conditions. Strong gusts of up to 70 km/h are expected today and tomorrow. Strong wind warnings may be issued for Busan, coastal areas, and Jeju Island, where winds could reach 90 km/h in mountainous areas.

Tomorrow, it will be sunny across the country, with some clouds in Jeolla and Jeju. Temperatures will range from -10 to -1 degrees in the morning and 0 to 6 degrees during the day.

Korea's Cold Snap: Record Low Temperatures！
Korea is in the grip of a serious cold snap. Temperatures have plummeted to record lows, hitting around -20 degrees Celsius. In Pocheon, the mercury dropped to a chilling -21.1 degrees. Other areas like Gapyeong and Paju are not far behind, with temps at -20.8 and -20.6 degrees, respectively.
The southern island of Jeju is facing heavy snowfall, with a staggering 71 centimeters of snow recorded. This has caused significant disruptions and led to a snow warning being issued.

In the Gyeonggi Province, 31 cities and counties have declared cold wave alerts. Places like Dongducheon and Yeoncheon are feeling the bite, with wind chill making it feel as cold as -35 degrees.
