We ate five
kinds of dim sum, total HKD$76 at July 2011.
Crispy Barbecued
Pork Bun(酥皮焗叉燒包) HKD$ 14 (3 Buns)
This is a must
eat dim sum when you come here. When you pick up the bun, please be gentle,
otherwise the bun will be broken. The filling is full of barbecued pork.
Ancient sticky
rice(古法糯米雞 ) $ 20
It is
traditional dim sum. Glutinous rice with chicken, pork sausage, pork and packed
with a dry lotus leaf. The chicken and pork are fresh, the glutinous rice is
sticky, and overall in a good taste.
Pork Ribs and
rice(鳳爪排骨飯) $17
It is another traditional dim sum, pork ribs are put
on rice and steam, tasty.
Fried Turnip
cake (煎臘味蘿蔔糕) HKD$10(3 pieces)
Turnip cake is
traditional dim sum at Lunar New Year. It is made by rice, turnip and pork
sausage. Eat with sweet sauce or spice sauce.
Black glutinous
rice dessert (金粟黑糯米)HKD$10
It is made by
black glutinous rice, corn and coconut milk. Originally, it is a Thai dessert,
but now it is common in Hong Kong .
The size of dessert is quite small.
