The next day, we woke up excited for our adventure in Busan. After a delightful breakfast at the hotel, I joined Cloudiecandy, Roasterpig Dad and Senior Bibi as we strolled through Busan Bujeon Market and Ginkgo Tree Road. Our destination was the Infinity Flower train at Bujeon Station, which witnessed a breathtaking view of autumn flowers in Hwangsan Cultural Sports Park, Yangsan City. This ecological haven, nestled beside Nakdong River Park, bursts into color with cosmos and zinnias.

Morning Delight

Our adventure began with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. We headed to the second-floor restaurant, excited to discover a free breakfast buffet. The menu featured fried pork slices, broccoli chicken tail sausage, and egg dumplings—a delightful start to our day.

Culinary Curiosities

The egg dumplings had a unique sauce, and we were intrigued by the mysterious cheese squid balls that sparked a lively debate among us. Was it cheese or fish eggs? Cloudicandy's keen observation finally solved the mystery!

Sweet Finish

We savored red bean porridge, reminiscent of sweet red bean paste, and enjoyed our first taste of fresh bananas. After this satisfying meal, we set off to explore the vibrant flowers at Hwangsan Cultural Sports Park (abbr: Hwangsan Park) , eager for more adventures in Busan!

Exploring Ginkgo Tree Road and Bujeon Market

Strolling along Ginkgo Tree Road in Busan, I felt the crisp autumn air as the ginkgo leaves turned a brilliant yellow. The sight was breathtaking, with rows of trees lining the path towards Bujeon Market.

Upon arriving at Bujeon Market, one of Busan's largest markets, I was immersed in the vibrant local culture. The market buzzed with life, showcasing everything from fresh seafood to traditional ginseng. I remembered my previous visits with Cloudiecandy and Dad, where we visited local ginseng market.

As I prepared to leave, I promised myself to return for more culinary adventures. Bujeon Market is a must-visit for anyone wanting to experience the heart of Busan's local culture.

Journey to Hwangsan Park

Arriving at Bujeon Station in Busan, I felt the excitement of our adventure ahead. This bustling station, the second largest in Busan, offered a variety of eateries and shops to explore while we waited. After purchasing our tickets for the Mugunghawa train, we were ready to embark on our journey.

The train ride to Yangsan was swift, taking just 30 minutes. As we gazed out the window, the trees in Busan Citizen Park were beginning to turn golden, a beautiful prelude to autumn. Upon arrival at Mulgeum Station, we followed signs leading us to the Hwangsan Park, where the annual Chrysanthemum Festival awaited.

As we looked around the venue, it was vast, filled with various chrysanthemums and dapsari. The weather was cool, the sun warm, making Hwangsan Cultural Sports Park a great place for a walk.

On the way to the festival site, clusters of blooming yellow cosmos resembled waves of orange flowers, giving an autumnal feel🍁. Watching them was quite enjoyable.

Walking through the park, I was captivated by the vibrant flowers and stunning landscapes. The air was fresh, and the atmosphere was filled with joy as families enjoyed this seasonal celebration. I couldn't help but appreciate how easy it was to travel from Busan to such a picturesque destination.

✅ This place is perfect for taking photos and admiring flowers, especially for both kids and adults.
