韓國酒店入住時是需要付10%的酒店住宿費附加稅，由2014年4月1日起，如果外國遊客入住指定的64間酒店，只要符合條件，就可以申請退稅，就變成有9折優惠，有部份熱門有名的酒店也有參加退稅活動。
退酒店住宿費附加稅詳情
實行日期: 2014年4月1日-2015年3月31日 (為期一年)
入住時間: 2晚~30晚
哪些人可以退稅: 外國遊客(限自由行，跟旅行團不可退退)，在韓國國內就業(持工作簽證)或停留6個月以上時不可退稅
退款期限: 在退房日起3個月以內離境的外國遊客，必須在韓國境入辦理，離開韓國後在海外不能申請退稅
酒店住宿費退稅申請流程
1. 確認可否退稅: 可辦理退稅的酒店名單有可能發生變動，請務必提前向Global-Taxfree與ktis查詢
2. 入住: 領取酒店住宿費附加稅說明書和退稅用清單
3. 住宿期間: 確認並填寫本人的酒店住宿費退稅用清單
4. 退房: 根據退稅用清單的填寫情況，符合退稅資格的顧客可以在退房時向酒店提交退稅用清單並索取退稅單
5. 出境時: 在可退稅的機場和碼頭免稅區出示護照和退稅單後獲得退稅
